- Bookkeeping using BusinessVision software
- Entering data, maintaining inventory databases, and keeping records
- Answering and making calls; payment due date reminders
- Managing internal and external correspondence

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:

- Office Administrator college certificate an asset
- Administrative experience including bookkeeping: 3 years (required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and highly organized
- French is a strong asset

- Monday to Friday
