- Administration tasks. (Filing and Typing Quotes into SAGE)
- Answering Phone.
- Entering Purchase Orders and Work Orders Into SAGE
- Job Costing

Skills and Experience
- Worked with business accounting software.
- Understand GAAP
- 2+ yrs Experience With SAGE 50 and bookkeeping
- Efficient with computers
- Organized

Education
- Diploma or Degree
- Multiple years of experience
- Bookkeeping Certificate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
