organized, experienced with Microsoft Excel, and Word and Social media platforms. Must be a
multitask and strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Duties of an Unlicensed Administrative Assistant include but not limited to;
- Assisting me with Paperwork
- Preparing all types of Real Estate Documents
- Sending Documents for Signatures
- Preparing for Showings / Open Houses / Listings / Appointments
- Managing & Updating Realtor CRM and Database
- Scheduling appointments
- Client Care & Management
- Obtain public information from a courthouse, municipality, regional district, etc;
- Contact trades to assess the need for repairs, and obtain quotes
- Submit listings and changes as approved by a licensee
- Draft advertising copy, promotional materials, and correspondence for approval by a

licensee
- Gather feedbacks from licensees on showings
- Communicate with the Brokerage in reference to any active/closed files

position will be 10 - 20 hours a week to start with room for advancement in my ever
- expanding business. This position requires integrity, commitment, strong attention to details,
and a great work ethic.
I will provide training to ensure you are equipped with all the resources needed to be most
efficient.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
