We are looking for an organized and proactive **Administrative Assistant** to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities and delivering the outstanding service our customers expect.

**What You’ll Do**
- Greet customers by phone or in person at our showroom and assist them as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and service teams, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers and suppliers.
- Prepare detailed product proposals for clients.
- Manage and coordinate appointments, and handle logistics for service technicians.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to manage receivables and payables.
- Maintain and update records, inventory, and documentation with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Assist with reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and bank deposits
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with pleasant and professional phone manners.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and general accounting principles.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing tools, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), and strategies for building brand awareness and engagement.
- Knowledge of web development tools (Shopify, MailChimp, Canva, etc.) is desired.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement efficient solutions.
- Experience in administrative roles is an asset, but a willingness to learn and grow with us is key.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 43 per week
