For over 13+ years, we have built trust with customers through delivering quality products and outstanding service to doorsteps throughout North America. With a strong online presence and a commitment to timeless design, we strive to create inspiring spaces for our customers. Our growth has led us to occupy five showrooms across North America, and now expanding into Miami and New York. We continue to expand our showroom spaces to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Position Available: Showroom Manager

Location: Toronto, Ontario

**Role Overview**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and motivate the showroom sales team to exceed sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive sales performance and expand market presence.
- Utilize sales data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Cultivate relationships with clients and business partners to drive outbound sales and business development efforts.
- Implement clienteling strategies to nurture existing client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and fostering a culture of excellence within the showroom.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and enhance the showroom experience.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to ensure the continued development and success of the sales team.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in showroom or retail management, preferably in the luxury goods or high-end furniture industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with experience leading sales targets of $10M+.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in clienteling and outbound sales initiatives to drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
