The Showroom Excellence and Training Coordinator is responsible for making informed decisions in collaboration with the Sales Support Team and Training Manager to ensure timely execution of all associated responsibilities and best practices. Identify gaps in policies and processes directly aligned with company strategy. The Showroom Excellence and Training Coordinator will help ensure that all store level teams have the crucial tools, information and training needed to execute all job duties identified in their respective roles from sales to store level administration. The Showroom Excellence and Training Coordinator is a leader, influencer and problem solver providing ‘Best in Class’ Tasco Customer and Employee experiences.

**Job Duties**
- **Showroom Excellence**:_
- Coordinates store level tactical and operational plans, policies processes and best practices.
- Focuses on Improvement of store level day to day, operational performance through collaborative needs analysis and gap fill - aligning with measurable actions.
- Supports the Tasco Bridging function - strengthening communication through administrative support and attention to detail.
- Takes concrete steps to action priority administrative items / collaborating with Sales Support Team and Training manager (report evaluation).
- Provides administrative support for Showroom Transition planning / floorplan updates and scheduling support.
- Supports store interior and exterior Maintenance + fit and finish coordination including cost analysis, service provider contract review, profit and loss statement analysis etc.
- Collaborates with Marketing to ensure alignment of interior and exterior signage and point of purchase materials.
- Provides Administrative coverage at store level i.e., vacations, sales, events (designer, openings), showroom transitions.
- Organizes and communicates sales activities which, include but are not limited to supplier events and programs, Tasco branded events and programs - in collaboration with the Sales Support Specialist, Sr. Retail Administrators and Designer Relations team members.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- **Training Coordinator**:_
- Implements Tasco store level supplier, systems, and sales training programs - including but not limited to, retail-specific training, product knowledge and other skills development programs.
- Collaborates with the Training Manager to perform training needs analysis through skill level, performance and competence assessment.
- Maintains the Tasco Learning Management System to ensure data integrity (accuracy, relevance and timeliness).
- Establishes and maintains familiarity with the latest in texts, materials, teaching aids and training techniques relevant to Tasco’s Training goals and objectives.
- Work with SMEs to gather and create job aids and quick reference guides.
- Supports Store Level RMS and CRMS - planning, training and integration with direction from Sales Support Manager and Training Manager
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Secondary School Diploma required.
- 5 years of working experience in a business administration or sales administration role or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years experience in Training Coordination, Human Resources and/or a related field
- Adjusts and is flexible to meet changing work needs and demands.
- Ability to communicate both in writing and orally with individuals at all levels within the organization as well as with individuals outside of the organization.
- Organized, thorough, systems orientated with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering, as well as inventory control of these items
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel regularly.

**Physical Demands**:

- Able to move with ease throughout, sitting, standing, walking intervals.
- Able to sit at a computer workstation/ desk for minimum 3 hours intervals.
