**Locally based broker seeks an office administrator/assistant experienced in all aspects of real estate through either sales or as an office/ team administrator. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and have the ability to prioritize tasks with attention to detail, delivering an exceptional customer experience. Applicants must take pride and ownership of their work, possessing a strong desire to contribute to growth and development of the team while personally advancing as an integral part of the business.**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk operations including answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, and placing orders.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and provide administrative support as needed.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
