Office Administrator/customer Service/dispatcher

**Job Overview**
Shift Hours: 1:00pm-7:00pm**Some nights you may be done at 7:30pm**
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate schedules for drivers, ensuring efficient routing and paperwork being completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping paperwork, drivers manifests, and customer interactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on service status and address any inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve service processes.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including tracking shipments and communicating with carriers.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Uphold professional phone etiquette while handling customer calls and inquiries.
**Skills**
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Proficient in clerical tasks with attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
- Familiarity with administrative support functions.
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional customer interactions.
- Basic skills to assist in resource allocation for dispatch operations.
