**Job Overview**:
As an Office Assistant / Customer Service at our design firm, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support and ensuring exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for assisting with various office tasks, managing client inquiries, and supporting the design team with project coordination.
**Responsibilities**:
Greet clients and visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders for replenishment as needed.
Assist the design team with research, drafting correspondence, and preparing presentations.
Collaborate with other office staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.20-$26.10 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
