**Salary**: $3,241.74 to $4,362.44 bi-weekly ($84,609.4- $113,859.68/year)

Seniors, Community and Social Services provides supports for seniors, families, and communities, and helps Albertans access disability services, financial supports, services for the homeless, and other social-based programs. The Ministry supports Albertans through a person-centered, integrated service delivery model that recognizes the unique circumstances, experiences and strengths of individuals and families.

**Role Responsibilities**:
North Zone Disability Services is looking for a leader with a passion for developing innovative solutions for challenging situations, building strong working relationships, providing quality services, and engaging staff teams.

Reporting to the Director, this position oversees a comprehensive system of residential supports for adult individuals with multiple and complex disabilities in addition to children with multifaceted needs. The role supports staff teams at multiple work locations to deliver services in collaboration with individuals, guardians, and trustees.

Effective stakeholder engagement is critical to success in the role and partnerships within the Government of Alberta will support positive outcomes for residents.

This position is responsible for change management strategies and alignment with the Alberta Public Service People Strategy. This leader will champion inclusion and celebrate the diversity within worksites.

**Qualifications**:

- University graduation in a field related to the position assignment, supplemented by three years related experience and two years of related supervisor experience.

**Notes**:

- Hours of work are 36.25 hours weekly.

This position is based in Edmonton and will support operations in Calgary.

A valid Driver’s license, the ability to travel within Alberta and flexibility within the work schedule are requirements for the role.
