- $72,792.56-$101,119.37Reporting to the Director of Capital Management and Maintenance, the project manager serves as the driving force behind the organization's capital projects, overseeing every aspect from pre-construction to completion. The Project Management ensures that projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities encompass project startup, contract management, and the supervision of complex projects, including renovations, expansions, and new construction. As part of the management team, the project manager will also be added to the maintenance on-call rotation.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a construction-related field (Construction, Engineering, Architecture, etc.)
- 5-10 years of experience in Project Management roles with experience managing medium - large scale construction projects ($50 million+) of commercial, industrial, or intuitional buildings
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English,
- Track record of successfully managing large projects involving engineering, procurement, and construction

**Skills, and Knowledge**
- Experience managing an entire construction process from startup to closeout on a variety of project sizes and complexities
- Excellent budgeting and scheduling skills
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills to achieve deadlines
- Ability to build strong relationships and solve complex issues
- Exceptional communication and negotiating skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Analytical thinker with ability to interpret complex information and recommend innovative solutions
- Ability to identify, assess and manage risks while striving to meet objectives
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Legislation along with a good working knowledge of applicable building codes and federal and provincial Acts
- Solid understanding of modern construction practices
