Collins Capital is seeking a fulltime bookkeeper and office administrator to provide full-cycle bookkeeping, maintain corporate records and provide administrative assistance. This position is an opportunity to be a part of a growing company with a strong team that values employee input. The position is based in Edmonton, onsite and reports to the Operations Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Full-cycle bookkeeping
- Working with external accountants to prepare financial statements and file corporate tax returns
- Filing GST returns and T slips
- Maintaining corporate, financial, accounting and tax records
- Developing standard operating procedures and implementing best practices
- Preparing expense reports
- Administrative assistance for executives
- General administration
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant bookkeeping experience
- Experience with Sage 50 accounting software
- Strong financial literacy
- Self-motivated and works well independently
- Anticipates the needs of the company
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail
- A focus on continuous improvement

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $24.25-$27.00 per hour
