**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a sales strategy for his territory with the objective of maximizing profitability in the GTA, Golden Horseshoe and Kitchner region
- Take ownership of the account portfolio creating value to ALC’s customers
- Work together with cross functional departments such as finance,logistics, operations & engineering, as well as, corporate
- Maintain sound management of customer accounts using **CRM (Salesforce)**:

- **Competencies that are required**:

- Minimum of **3- 5 years **of experience in i**ndustrial sales or comparable experience**:

- Your sales and negotiation skills have been proven and you are always looking to surpass assigned metrics
- You understand how to manage and negotiate long term contracts
- You are recognized for your positive attitude, team spirit and your leadership
- You are an excellent communicator(spoken and written)
- You have knowledge of the gas industry **(an asset)**

**Requirements**:

- University degree (Commerce, Science, Chemistry, Engineering)
- Minimum 3-5 years industrial and / or contract sales experience
- Proficient using CRM and computer systems
- Knowledge of the **industrial gas industry would be an asset**:

- **Preference will be given to those with strong financial analysis abilities**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $70,810.00 per year
