Role Overview:

As a Bilingual Sales Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to attract new clients and nurture existing accounts. You will drive additional revenue through sales outreach, lead generation campaigns, and proactive prospecting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage both incoming and outgoing sales communications to promote services and products
- Develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients
- Employ consultative selling techniques
- Conduct research on potential clients using CRM tools
- Achieve or surpass established performance targets
- Provide accurate sales forecasts
- Identify opportunities for upgrades and cross-selling
- Utilize CRM systems for follow-up and lead management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in Sales or Marketing roles
  • Experience in customer relations and demonstrated leadership skills
  • Familiarity with company products and services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual: English as primary language, French as secondary
