Reporting to the Registrar, the Associate Registrar, Enrollment Support Services is responsible for leading and directing the College’s admissions, student fees, financial aid, Continuing Education and contract training registration functions and customer service within the Office of the Registrar. This includes providing strategic direction and oversight to managers that are ensuring overall performance and effectiveness of processes and services in order to support meeting department objectives, College strategic priorities and enrolment targets. The incumbent also provides guidance and direction to Academic and Administrative departments on matters relating to business processes and policy issues which impact student enrollment.

The incumbent is responsible for leading the planning, development, analysis and enhancement of efficient, effective and timely Registrarial systems, processes and services to support the College’s admission, student finance and continuing education activities, strategic priorities and related targets. This is achieved through development of policies, procedures and service standards that ensure alignment with legislative requirements and institutional strategic enrollment management priorities.

Develops, monitors and evaluates all production processes within the RO Admissions, Student Financial Services and Client Services teams, including development of an Annual Planning Cycle and monitoring key metrics to ensure operational commitments are on time and on budget. Represents the RO on college-wide, provincial and national working groups relating to enrolment, client services, admissions, student accounts and financial aid functional areas.

**Work Schedules**:
This position has been designated as hybrid/partially remote and is expected on-site 50% of the time.

**What We Are Looking For**:
Completion of a four year Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, International Relations/Business or related field of Study. Masters Preferred.

In addition, seven years of work experience:

- Previous progressive experience working at an Ontario Post-Secondary institution, including at least three years in a management capacity.
- Analyzing trends and patterns in changing business/client needs and demands; developing / adapting creative solutions to address unique / challenging / complex situations
- Comprehensive understanding of Student Enterprise Systems, including inter-relation of technical functions across modules.
- Strong management experience, conflict resolution skills and demonstrated ability to manage in a multi-union environment.
- Strategic and operational planning experience.
- In-depth knowledge of and experience with Registrar operations and academic policies/procedures.
- Knowledge of emerging issues in higher education, provincially, nationally and internationally.
- Knowledge of applicable governing legislation at federal and provincial levels.
- Demonstrated experience in computerized registration systems and relational databases, specifically Peoplesoft.
- Well-developed analytical, project management, time management and organizational skills.
- Must be able to develop and articulate direction and vision for areas of responsibility.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to both communicate and build consensus/persuade or influence others to alternative courses of action to achieve desired goals/outcomes while working collaboratively across all organizational levels and functions.
- Managing / supporting multiple, complex operational and cross-functional projects at a time with tight deadlines.
