**The Opportunity**

Currently, we are looking for an HR Generalist to join our growing team. The role of this team member is best suited to someone with experience supporting a growing organization. Your role will be to champion culture each day alongside the employees, collaborating between a variety of internal stakeholders. You'll oversee all aspects of recruitment and workforce planning, onboarding, employee training and development, health and safety, benefits and leaves, and everything in between. **The Fit**
- **Do you bring well-rounded exposure to all aspects of HR? **We are looking for someone who is confident, self-motivated and able to identify opportunities and streamline solutions. Someone with experience in a landscape construction environment would be ideal.
- ** Are you flexible, and able to pivot at a moment's notice?** We are looking for someone to act as a change agent, guiding the business and people through various change management initiatives as the organization grows and evolves.
- ** Are you results-oriented?** You'll take a hands-on and personable approach in actively monitoring the pulse of our employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
- Have post-secondary education in HR or related discipline;
- Completion or working towards obtaining their CHRP/CHRL;
- Have 3+ years experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role;
- Have experience participating in JHSC (bonus if you are JHSC certified);
- Are adept at managing HR data analytics without the use of an HRIS;
- Are knowledgeable of human resources best practices, regulations, and compliance requirements;
- Strong interpersonal/relationship building skills;
- Have exceptional oral and written communication skills in English;
- Are fully proficient with MS Office Suite & G Suite;
- Are highly adaptive and have a high tolerance for ambiguity;
- Like to laugh, have fun and to work in partnership with the team.

**Compensation: $**60,000 - $75,000
