**The Role in a Nutshell**:
As the Marketing Generalist at Aquanty, you will be the driving force behind our marketing initiatives, managing a spectrum of tasks from social media to website development and beyond. You bring a broad skill set that can handle the day-to-day marketing operations and bring valuable thought leadership to our organization, guiding us to new heights.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, build, and maintain a cohesive social media presence across various platforms.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing against predefined goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points, optimizing user funnels.
- Provide thought leadership, offering valuable perspectives and recommendations for marketing strategies.
- Work withvarious stakeholders within Aquanty
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing diverse marketing functions, including digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and campaign planning.
- Experience in measuring and reporting on digital marketing campaign performance, with a focus on ROI and KPIs.
- Ability to brainstorm and implement creative growth strategies.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for their adoption where appropriate.
- Ability to communicate complex water-related concepts to a diverse audience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts effectively.

- Proven experience as a Marketing Generalist (both content and digital marketing), preferably within the water resources science industry.
- Comfortable with engaging in marketing activities in a technical field (i.e., environmental sustainability, water conservation, and water resources management).
