iA Private Wealth in Nanaimo is an independent investment firm providing outstanding service to clients.

Responsibilities include:

- Provide support to Wealth Advisor
- Must be able to manage multiple platforms in assisting Clients and Advisor
- Perform banking duties **Maintain client database, client files and transpose information of documentation based on client information**:

- Prepare and complete client paperwork while ensuring all documentation is line with current compliance regulations (such as NCAFs & KYCs)
- Contact clients (periodically) to arrange appointments with Advisor

Qualifications:

- Must have completed Grade 12 education. Post-secondary education is an asset
- Minimum two (2) years of related administrative experience
- Strong computer skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- Must have polished, professional, and friendly personality
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Exemplary organization and communication skills (written and oral)
- **Strong and accurate attention to detail, and ability to multi-task is essential**:

- Ability and flexibility to prioritize tasks and meeting time-sensitive deadlines
- Strong data entry skills required
- Social media skills an asset

Salary commensurate with experience.

This position offers the opportunity to grow, both in income and job classification.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
