We are currently looking for a **Full-Time Regional Administrative Assistant **to join our team in **Nanaimo B.C.**

The principal accountabilities for this position include:

- Provide a wide range of administrative tasks and duties including but not limited to: greet guests, answer phone, process incoming and outgoing mail, track/order supplies, completes Spill paperwork, manage timesheets, upload logs, track sea time, coordinate daily/weekly meetings, office/facility maintenance, IT/AV support and administrative support for base managers and supervisors.
- Provide further administrative assistance to other functions:

- Maintenance - participate in workforce planning, creates and closes out work orders, arrange service appointments, data entry for TAG inventory support
- Finance - Visa overview, Cash Expenses, and Purchase Requests
- Support Regional Manager in a variety of projects
- Support the On-boarding & Orientation of new hires at the Nanaimo base
- Manage sensitive information
- Complete operational projects as assigned
- Work effectively as a team member with the Vancouver Island staff and other employee groups
- Work in accordance with all legal requirements, attend and complete all required health and safety training, report all accidents, and take all necessary precautions to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
