**Job Opportunity**:
**_What you’ll do:_**
- Essential Sales Duties and Responsibilities: _
- Create a sales plan outlining the strategies, tactics, and milestones that will help achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets.
- Manage multiple client accounts, building strong relationships with customers by understanding their business objectives, challenges, and future plans to align them with a RoboTape solution.
- Communicate and present the features, functionality, and competitive advantages of the RoboTape System to potential and existing clients.
- Provide technical support to clients, offering solutions and addressing issues that arise during the sales cycle to ensure an optimized RoboTape solutions is presented.
- Work closely with other departments within the organization, particularly marketing and customer service, to ensure the customer’s needs are met, while remaining loyal to the company's sales objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients in collaboration with the legal team to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Track sales progress and provide feedback on the sales performance, highlighting sales achievements, and suggesting recommendations for improvement.
- Receive requests from new clients via online marketing campaigns, trade shows, industry events, and web-based customer inquiries on a regular basis.
- Develop new customers and automation markets.
- Stay up to date with market trends and identify new opportunities to grow the company's market share and drive sales growth.
- Essential Quoting Duties and Responsibilities:_
- Discuss RoboTape automation projects with existing and new customers.
- Travel to customer facilities for new project discussions and presentations.
- Prepare quotations and proposals including Robotape specific Cell and Tooling content.
- Prepare or support the preparation of sales schedules, sale sequence/cycle time charts, and quotation pricing spreadsheets.
- Performs due diligence of quote pricing using historical data from previous job costing and/or purchased item pricing.
- Essential Project Management Duties and Responsibilities:_
- Work with RoboTape Operations team to arrange project kick off, review of deliverables, schedules, and hand off project documentation package.
- Assist the delegated project manager that is assigned to projects.
- Act as liaison between customer and operational teams to manage customer expectations.
- Continue involvement during system build, development, installation, and start-up.
- Essential Marketing Duties and Responsibilities:_
- Collect and catalogue Voice of the Customer feedback for further development of the RoboTape product.
- Research and document appropriate trade shows for demonstration of the RoboTape product.
- Support in the development of RoboTape marketing, advertising, and educational materials.
- Essential Administration Duties and Responsibilities:_
- Attend Weekly Sales Meetings to discuss the status of quoted jobs and strategies for closing and other opportunities.
- Maintain sales forecast of probable and imminent jobs.
- Generate required ISO documents and organize launch meetings for new projects.
- Support the generation of required RoboTape product documentation.

- Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or Equivalent Specialized Experience.
