Sales Manager

**NewRoads **Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram**, **a division of the NewRoads Automotive Group, is hiring a** Sales Manager.** We want to hear from you if you have proven people, leadership, and sales skills**
**Responsibilities of a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager role include**:
- Oversee inventory, including purchasing and wholesale disposals, in the absence of our Wholesale Manager;
- Responsible for V-Auto and all UCD online marketing, pricing and presence;
- Work with sales staff to maximize sales opportunities;
- Maintain acceptable gross lines as discussed with the General (Sales) Manager;
- Manage controllable expenses;
- Support/promote & motivate the Business Office;
- Support /guide Dealer Trade office;
- Share knowledge of the appraisal process, helping others to effectively call a vehicle if required;
- Involvement in deals with salespeople;
- Aim for the benchmark of 100% management turnover;
- Hold 9:00am & 2:00pm Pow-wows;
- Maintain & manage customer “hand off introductions” to service;
- Work in concert with the other Sales Manager(s) to maximize opportunities & put forth a unified front;
- Maintain sales log & write board and write book;
- Maintain an attractive outside display/showroom;
- Motivate, support & lead a cohesive team;
- Additional duties as may be required.

- minimum of 3 years automotive sales experience
- Team player
- Organizational skills
- Vin Solutions experience (preferred)
- Vauto knowledge
- OMVIC license
