Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Sales Management
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Set clear sales goals and objectives for the team, and track individual and team performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Foster a positive and collaborative sales culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and high performance.
Account Management & Relationship Building
Develop and maintain strong relationships with select key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Oversee the management of existing accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and additional revenue streams.
Address account concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring the highest level of service and customer satisfaction.
Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy
Through existing and new accounts, drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, exploring untapped markets, and enhancing existing product offerings.
Work with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives and campaigns.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify market shifts and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Analyze sales data and metrics to identify performance gaps and areas for improvement.
Product Presentation & New Initiatives
Present new products, services, and initiatives to existing and potential accounts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure sales representatives are equipped with the tools, training, and resources required to successfully present and sell new and existing products.
Lead product demonstrations and training sessions for accounts, ensuring they understand the values and benefits of our offerings.
Reporting & Administrative Responsibilities
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior leadership, detailing progress against goals, challenges, and opportunities.
Maintain accurate information with regards to customer data, sales forecasting and product forecasting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
5+ years of experience in sales
Proven success in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in managing key accounts and building long-term customer relationships.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
