**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the day-to-day administration of programs, including data entry, tracking, and reporting
- Answer and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Manage and monitor program schedules, ensuring timely execution and delivery of all program components
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure program goals and objectives are met
- Support the development and implementation of programs, including all administration and reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date program files, records, and databases
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of program processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in program administration or customer service
- Related Diploma
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
