Business Development Specialist

Overview:
**Duties**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential areas for expansion.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the management team.

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills**:

- Proven track record in business development or sales roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in B2B sales or related field is preferred.

**Work Experience and Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$88,000.00 per year
