Advantics Inc is a national integrated robotic solution provider and Advantics Inc is a fast-growing business in a fast growing robotic industry in Canada. Advantics Inc has experienced significant growth across Canada and has no desire to slow down anytime soon. The robotic industry is growing at a 30% annual compound growth rate. For this reason, our team is searching for a talented Business Development Specialist to support our growing team. Advantics Inc provides robotic solutions to restaurant, hospitality, senior living, retail, entertainment, health care and other industries.

Our company will provide weekly product and professional sales training, we will have robot technician team to support the robot deployments, so that your job can focus on the business development. If you have technical background and strong interests in learning the robot deployment and technical side of the business, you will have opportunity to become a robotic expert and earn additional income.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the incumbent will be a crucial partner to the Business Development and Technical team in achieving company growth objectives.

Generating a solid list of qualified leads. Your will be hitting the ground running, so being able to generate leads and generate them quickly will be essential.

Leveraging social networks and not being intimidated to cold call or make walk-in visits to those that may be solid prospects.

Having experience in industries like hospitality, restaurants, senior living, retail and entertainment will be a massive benefit in this role.

You are presenting the product (Robot) to a client explaining the solutions our robotic units have to offer their businesses.

Close a minimum of two deals with clients through purchase, leasing, rental, or financing options. So you know, closing one robot deal per week, will produce a 6 digit income and more.

Professional Development:
Our company will provide two types of career path. The first one is growing into Technical Leader in the technician teams, and then Service Manager. The second career path is becoming Business Development Professional and Sales Manager. We will provide training along the way to maximize your personal ambition and potential.

The job description of a robot technician may include the following responsibilities:
Installation: Robot technicians install and set up new robotic systems and equipment. This involves assembling components, connecting electrical and mechanical systems, and ensuring proper functionality.

Maintenance: Regular maintenance is essential to keep robotic systems operating at optimal levels. Technicians perform routine inspections, cleaning, and preventive maintenance tasks to identify and address any potential issues. They also conduct software updates and calibration to ensure accuracy and performance.

Troubleshooting and Repair: When robotic systems encounter malfunctions or breakdowns, robot technicians diagnose the problem and implement solutions. They use specialized tools, testing equipment, and their technical expertise to identify faulty components, repair or replace them, and restore the robot's functionality.

Programming: Robot technicians may be involved in programming or reprogramming robots to perform specific tasks or adapt to changing requirements. They write or modify robot programs, test and debug the code, and optimize performance.

Documentation: Accurate documentation is crucial in maintaining robotic systems. Technicians maintain detailed records of repairs, modifications, programming changes, and maintenance activities. They may also provide technical reports, manuals, or guidelines for operators and other technicians.

Training and Support: Robot technicians may provide training and support to operators and other personnel working with robotic systems. They educate users on proper operation, safety protocols, and basic troubleshooting techniques.

Safety Compliance: Ensuring the safety of robotic systems is paramount. Robot technicians follow safety protocols, identify potential hazards, and implement safety measures to prevent accidents or injuries related to robotic operations.

Keeping Up with Technology: Robot technicians stay updated with the latest advancements in robotics technology, including new hardware, software, and industry standards. They continuously enhance their knowledge and skills through training and self-learning to adapt to evolving technologies.

*Please note that Business Development Specialist role is starting with a 100% commission sales role and Robot technician will be paid hourly accordingly to the assigned work but with progressive opportunities to be qualified for different level
