**Feng Ink is tattoo shop that has newly opened in Markham. We’re an intimate team of five looking for a Receptionist/Administrative staff to join our team. Most of the the artists in the shop are Madarin speaking so applicants must be able to speak basic Madarin. English is mandatory ofcourse. **Duties**

**Greet clients**

**Perform reception functions, including: answering, screening and directing telephone calls**

**Manage Artist’s calendars including scheduling, determining appointments/consultations, request priorities and re-scheduling meetings as required**

**Manage the shop’s social media account and online correspondences**

**Qualifications**

**Must speak basic Mandarin**

**Completion of Grade 12 or recognized equivalent**

**Three (3) months related experience preferred**

**Basic computer skills**

**Excellent telephone, interpersonal and customer service skills**

**Excellent verbal and written communication skills**

**Good organizational and time management skills**

**Must be willing to commute (may move shop location)**

- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Perform data entry and update records as needed
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus

- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain a tidy workspace

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
