Personal Assistant/administrator

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Personal Assistant/Administrator to provide personalized and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis and within teams on various tasks related to the Director’s working life and communication.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage the Director’s schedule, meetings, and appointments.
- Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external clients.
- Initiate communication with Communities in order to create awareness and partnerships.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Devise, organize, and maintain office filing systems.
**Requirements and skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Dependable, accountable, and on time.
- Ability to embrace change when new situations arise.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Have a positive attitude and outlook.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- MS Office and English proficiency.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Driver’s License.
- Diploma or certification would be considered an advantage.
Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
