**Position Overview**: We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized individual to join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant. This is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in both bookkeeping and administrative duties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Maintaining accurate financial records and performing daily bookkeeping tasks
Preparing and submitting weekly/monthly reports
Managing invoices and tracking payments
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality
Supporting the management team in day-to-day operations
**Qualifications**:
Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
