We are currently looking for a Marketing Administrator to join our Marketing Team based out of our Distribution Centre in Headingley Manitoba.
**Marketing Administrator**
As a valuable member of the marketing team you will be responsible for ensuring the prompt execution of all promotions in a timely manner as we work with tight deadlines.
This will include:
- Exporting, sorting and organizing all promotions for our Graphic Designer, including collecting images, product information, price, validating up-to-date product information and images including vendor logo usage
- Proofing all flyer and other promotion related documents and communicating edits from all Category Managers and Marketing Manager to the Graphic Designer
- Preparing spreadsheets and press plate change requirements for all print flyers, managing distribution for all print flyers and preparing spreadsheets for all digital flyers, including linking product to ecommerce site and uploading finalized versions of our flyers and promotions to Flipp.
- Communication of posters and any other POP with Graphic Designer, as well as printing and sending all necessary POP to all 22 M&Y Retail locations
- Completeness of all promotion entries in BT and posting to BT
- Working with the Online Store Manager
- Processing overhead invoices
- Collaborating with the team to enhance the quality and success of flyers and promotions
- Booking, arranging and submitting radio scripts, newspaper ads and radio ads for all locations, as required
