We are looking to add on a part-time office admin/assistant

**What the Job will look like**
- invoicing/billing
- organizing
- scheduling
- filing
- answering and routing phone calls
- spread sheets
- **Other duties include**:

- Work on special tasks and assignments as directed by management
- Other duties as assigned**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills
- QuickBooks Experience mandatory
- 2- 4 years office administration
- Multitasking skills
- Organizational skills
- Confidence to work independently
- Professional attitude

Administrative Duties:

- Scheduling
- Running errands
- Sorting and sending mail
- Answering and routing phone calls

Financial Duties:

- Processing expense reports
- Processing payments
- Billing
- Payroll
- Purchasing

Work remotely
- No

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
