We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at SKYLIN NAILS AND BEAUTY. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service area, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain accurate work records.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide directory assistance to clients.
- Financial Transactions: Receive and issue payments, and perform clerical duties such as filing and sorting mail.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in electronic mail and spreadsheet software.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent written communication skills, reliability, and efficient interpersonal skills.
- Training: Will train the successful candidate.
- Job Type: Permanent.
- Language: English.
- Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
