We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at SKYLIN NAILS AND BEAUTY. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service area, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Administrative Support: Order office supplies, maintain work records and logs, and perform other clerical duties as needed.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide directory assistance to clients.
- Technology: Utilize electronic mail and spreadsheet software to support the team.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Will train, but previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
