**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate employee to join our team as a full-time TERM **Digital Marketing/SEO Specialist**. In this role, you will work with a cross-disciplinary team to develop and implement digital strategies to support our business growth.

**MAIN DUTIES**:

- Contribute to the organic and paid marketing strategy and its implementation
- Ensure planning, organization, development and timely delivery of SEO and digital marketing projects;
- Work to implement changes that will have the biggest impact on SEM/SEO/SMM
- Optimize social and search campaigns to drive conversions.
- Develop and optimize E-mail campaigns
- Execute brand awareness, online reputation and social media campaign requirements through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
- Use a variety of internal and third party tools to execute the company digital marketing strategy
- Develop a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry vertical and objectives
- Audit the various sources of data we already have, identify any gaps in the data and recommend solutions
- Drive a “test and learn” approach for the company's digital channel;
- Prepare reports detailing success and challenges.

**THE PERFECT FIT**:

- Be creative and strategic thinker, results driven, self-motivated, energetic, and innovative;
- Must be highly organized with excellent attention to detail;
- Post-secondary education in marketing, business, new media or other related disipline is a plus.
- Experience in content and media development and digital marketing implementation
- Experience driving growth through digital marketing channels in an eCommerce environment;
- Confidence using a variety of digital marketing tools and data
- Ability to use web, social and digital platforms to reach a targeted client base, enhance client branding and drive client awareness;
- Analytical, with the ability to interpret data and contextual information quickly and distill the most important/relevant information for strategic roll out.
