**Required immediately, our Winnipeg office is seeking a Digital and Marketing Specialist

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Degree or diploma in business administration or marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, e-marketing, or e-commerce. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience in Digital Marketing position for an ERP or QMS software company geared towards manufacturing customers.
- Experience with social, SEO and SEM strategies with strong ability to analyze data in Google Analytics and make actionable decisions and recommendations.
- Video editing, graphic design and production skills would be considered an asset.
- Adobe product suite, an asset.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint are required.
- Experience in using Sharepoint and MadCap, an advantage.
- Must be organized and able to work on several projects simultaneously.
- Can excel in a B2B environment.

**Essential Functions**:

- Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy.
- Ad copywriting and graphics, as well as video content creation.
- Overseeing the creating and maintenance of social media content.
- Creating and updating digital marketing reports.
- Overseeing the digital marketing budget.
- Produce Customer communications.
- Prepare and maintain internal company updates, communications & townhall meetings.
- Coordinate industry conference and trade shows.
