WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Graphic/Web Design
- Collaborate on marketing, brand management, design, and promotional strategy
- Produce, edit, and maintain marketing sites for our properties
- Content marketing and Search Engine Optimization
- Develop, produce, and maintain marketing material and company collateral
- Design ads, flyers, brochures, posters, post cards, and pamphlets
- Write, edit, and proofread content and copy across social media platforms and print formats

Social Media
- Post and edit ads, track results
- Generate advertisements, content, blog development and marketing strategy on social channels like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Reply to incoming inquiries using company standard scripts for social media via Facebook, Google, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct reputation management by monitoring reviews and social mentions of the company and / or staff to protect them against the threat of negative exposure.

Digital Photography
- Take photographs of properties and units
- Edit, organize, colour correct, retouch images, and maintain photo catalog

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary degree/diploma in graphic design from a recognized art/design school
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in marketing, graphic design, video editing
- Proficiency with current design tools (Adobe creative suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Must have reliable vehicle and clean drivers abstract

**Skills and Abilities**:

- A strong work ethic, organizational and time management skills are critical, multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Good analytical, conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently, with mínimal supervision, and collaborate with others in a fast-paced environment
