As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services across various online platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing digital campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing performance to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Digital Marketing Strategies**: Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business goals and target audiences.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and maintain company social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media trends.
- **SEO and SEM**: Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings. Plan and execute search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns using tools like Google Ads to increase website traffic and conversions.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights. Generate reports and provide recommendations for optimization based on data insights.
- **Digital Advertising**: Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including display ads, pay-per-click (PPC), and social media ads. Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting and budgets as needed to maximize ROI.
- **Website Management**: Collaborate with web development team to ensure website functionality and user experience align with digital marketing objectives. Update website content, landing pages, and product listings as needed.
- **Stay Current with Industry Trends**: Keep abreast of latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve digital marketing strategies and tactics.

**Salary**: From $15.30 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
