Ecommerce Advisor

**Location**: Winnipeg, Manitoba

**Job Type**: Full time or Part time (Temporary)

**Salary Range**: $19/Hour

The eCommerce Advisors are responsible for creating and maintaining important relationships with Manitoba's Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs). They act as an essential conduit between IntegrateIT and the SMEs. They review and identify business needs and recommend entry-level options that help businesses optimize their micro-grant funding in support of digital marketing and eCommerce adoption.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- **Identifying and documenting the business goals** **of the client**, provide solutions for effective digital adoption or marketing campaigns.
- **Analyzing the existing technology environment, **obtain a clear comprehensive picture of both software and hardware the client is using to realize which elements need improvement or replacement.
- **Analyzing the client’s operating environment,** understand the company’s workflow and target audience it works with as well as current market trends.
- **Researching current industry products and solutions **conduct regular research looking for disruptive technologies to see how they can be instrumental in solving requirements.
- **Assessing the viability of new solutions **predict how the solution they suggest will integrate into the current environment.
- **Estimating the business feasibility of new solutions **consider how the new solutions will impact key business processes.
- **Define and document solution specifications and requirements **outline the features and requirements of solutions.
- **Presenting recommendations to clients**, identifying effective approaches to optimize their ROI.
- **Providing clients with great customer experience and service**, efficiently implement the project framework.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Be between the ages of 17 and 30 (inclusive)
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person with refugee status (Work permits and student visas are **INELIGIBLE**)
- Be a high school graduate considering pursuing post-secondary education **OR** A recent graduate from a post-secondary institution **OR **currently attending a post-secondary institution (**Meet any one condition**)
