Training Sales Manager

**Position Overview**: The Training Sales Manager is responsible for driving the sales of training programs and educational solutions to clients across various sectors. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Sales Strategy Development**:
- Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for training programs.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Conduct needs assessments to tailor training solutions that meet client requirements.
- **Sales Presentations and Proposals**:
- Develop compelling presentations and proposals for potential clients.
- Effectively communicate the value of training programs to various stakeholders.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Work closely with the training delivery team to ensure alignment between sales and program execution.
- Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging training technologies.
- Utilize data and feedback to improve sales tactics and training offerings.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**:
- Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- **Training and Development**:
- Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales team.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or training sector.
- **Skills**:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies is a plus.

- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Adaptable and open to feedback and continuous improvement.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
