ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT:
The Partnership & Experience Development Coordinator will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with key partners for Northeastern Ontario Tourism (NeONT) They will work closely with the Executive Director to identify and pursue new and enhance existing experience development, as well as collaborate to ensure successful execution of partnership programs. Your efforts will help to position Northeastern Ontario as a leading destination for tourism, while contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with partners in the travel and tourism industry, including hotels, attractions, restaurants, and other relevant businesses.
- Research and develop brand new partnership programs and strategies to drive revenue growth, including sponsorships, advertising, and promotional opportunities.
- Work closely with the Executive Director to ensure the seamless execution of new partnership programs and membership benefits.
- Work with team to actively sell and promote membership opportunities to businesses within Northeastern Ontario's regional tourism boundaries, demonstrating the value and benefits of joining the organization.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners and members, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and ongoing engagement.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, membership growth, and revenue generation to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Attend tradeshows, marketplaces, and events to promote the region.
- Work with key stakeholders to grow experiences, and touring routes with the region.
- Manage current experience program offerings for the World’s Best Snowmobile Destination, and The Lake Temiskaming Tour.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- University degree or College diploma in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of partners.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful partnership programs.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for travel and promoting Northeastern Ontario as a premier travel destination.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint), Google Suite.
- Valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
