We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an **Order Desk Representative**. This role requires industry experience, and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive environment with potential for growth.**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries, provide information on product availability, pricing, and order status, and ensure a smooth ordering experience.
- **Inventory Coordination**: Verify stock levels, communicate availability to customers, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure prompt order handling.
- **Showroom Assistance**: Support customers visiting the showroom by guiding them through our product offerings, answering questions, and providing recommendations as needed.
- **Sales Support**: Assist with basic sales functions, such as preparing quotes, offering product insights, and helping customers select tiles that meet their needs.
- **Record Maintenance**: Keep accurate records of all transactions, orders, and customer interactions in our system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to support seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience in the Tile or Construction Material Industry** is required.
- **Sales Experience**: Previous experience in sales or customer service in a showroom or retail setting is preferred.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
- **Customer Service Oriented**: A friendly, helpful approach and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple orders, maintain accurate records, and prioritize effectively.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with order processing software, ERP systems, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and general computer skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: High accuracy in processing orders and tracking customer requests.
