As an integral part of our fast - paced organization, you will function as a cohesive member of our team by providing exceptional customer service while carrying out your aviation related duties. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

**The Position**:

- Answer telephones and greet customers at front desk
- Operate a two-way radio
- Take customer orders for aviation fuel and aviation related services
- Advise colleagues of customer order requests
- Complete daily records and data input into software
- Complete customer invoicing and receiving of payments
- Arrange for catering, make customer hotel and car rental reservations
- Operate a passenger van to shuttle customers
- Do light cleaning, including mopping of floors
- Take initiative and anticipate customer needs, accept responsibility, and take appropriate actions
- Adhere to company policies, and foster a safe work environment
- Must be able to work various shifts if required

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
- Computer literate, Microsoft XP, Office 2000, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision in a teamwork environment
- Works well under pressure with decision making skills
- Ability to work well with others and maintain a respectful workplace
- Due to location, reliable transportation is essential
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
