We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef Manager to join our team at ALPHA HELP DESK INC. in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the culinary industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, and prepare special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
  • Kitchen Operations: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, order supplies and equipment, supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and recruit and hire staff.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically Demanding: Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods.
Personal Suitability:
  • Client Focus: Demonstrate a client-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
