The role of an Administrative Assistant - Customer Service Representative at MDF Tire Abbotsford Ltd. is a critical position that requires exceptional organizational and communication skills.

This full-time opportunity is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as a general office setting.

You will be responsible for greeting clients and directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, providing basic information, and processing requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Support: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and relay messages to ensure seamless communication.
  • Customer Service: Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and maintain a positive attitude to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, perform data entry tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Office Administration: Order supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a well-organized workspace.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to schedule appointments, send invoices, receive payments, and perform various clerical duties as needed.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Skills:
    • Familiarity with MS Office software.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
