**Role**
As an Inside Sales Representative, we will call on your advisory strengths to handle customer calls, particularly in the terminals and heat pumps department, with the aim of targeting their needs and converting calls into acquisitions.
Your goal? Highlight the benefits of our service offering and the characteristics of our new products in order to confirm appointments for our external representatives. Following comprehensive product training, you will be able to adequately assess needs, create the requested quotes and achieve the planned results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as an expert to offer the best solution in terms of products and services according to customer needs;
- Highlight the advantages and benefits of our products and services to interested customers;
- Answer incoming calls as well as web requests from customers (technical questions about our products and services) and convert them into appointments for representatives;
- Evaluate customer needs, provide informed and specialized advice on the products offered and create corresponding quotes;
- Carry out rigorous follow-ups as an intermediary between customers, representatives and suppliers by ensuring files are updated;
- Take charge of various administrative tasks, such as updating customer files, data entry, filing documents, etc.;
- All other related tasks

**Ideal requirements**:

- Have comfort in proposing products and services in an acquisition context;
- Have unparalleled customer service at heart in order to quickly and easily create good relationships with customers;
- Rigorous organization in daily work as well as attention to detail;
- Be comfortable with computer systems, including Outlook, Excel and Adobe;
- Facilitate communication (speaking and writing) and a spirit of collaboration;
- Want to identify and propose improvements to the working methods already in place;
- Having experience in a call center is an asset;
- Be available according to operational needs (full-time day shift, flexible schedule and hours per week);
- Bilingualism.
