Responsabilités
En tant que représentant du support des ventes internes, vous êtes un membre clé de l'équipe de distribution Gentek. Vous contribuerez à la réalisation de notre engagement à fournir un service de qualité supérieure à nos clients. Plus précisément, dans ce rôle, vous devrez rapidement et professionnellement:
- Saisir et traiter les commandes
- Appliquer avec précision les paiements des clients aux comptes
- Promouvoir les produits et services de Gentek
- Informer et conseiller les clients sur les produits, la disponibilité des produits, le statut de la commande et de la livraison
- Faire des suivis avec les clients, les fournisseurs, d’autres succursales ou le siège social
Service client
- Accueillir les clients entrant dans la succursale.
- Servez-les immédiatement ou indiquez qu'ils seront aidés aussi rapidement que possible.
- Répondre aux demandes des clients à notre comptoir de service en personne ou par téléphone.

Éducation/Expérience/Compétence
- Études secondaires requises
- Capable de lire, d'écrire et de compter

- Haute conformité aux normes, exigences et processus. Vous viendrez travailler et donnerez le meilleur de vous-même chaque jour
- Intelligence émotionnelle qui facilite les interactions respectueuses et courtoises avec les clients et les autres employés de Gentek

**Responsibilities**
As an Inside Sales Support representative, you are a key member of the Gentek distribution team. You’ll contribute to the fulfillment of our commitment to provide superior service to our customers. Specifically in this role you will promptly and professionally:
- Order Processing
- Enter and process orders
- Promote Gentek’s products and services
- Monitor and advise customers of product information, availability, and delivery status
- Liase with various outside vendors and with staff from other locations, including corporate office
Customer Service
- Greet customers entering the branch by addressing them verbally
- Serve them immediately or indicate that they will be helped as quickly as we can manage
- Answer customer inquiries at our service counter in person, or by phone
