Halifax, Canada High Class Driving School Inc Full time

At High Class Driving School, we help students to become a safe driver and confident behind the wheel of the car. Our driving courses offer both classroom and practice behind the wheel. Through our course, students will develop the defensive driving skills and accident avoidance skills. Our courses are engaging and relevant.

We base the courses in all of Halifax Regional Municipality urban, (Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford, Tantallon, Hammond’s Plains,) Beside HRM rural, Fall River, Waverley, Musquodoboit Harbour, Porter’s Lake, Beaver Bank.

As gatekeeper to the executive office, we need an experienced Administrative Assistant to joint our family to help keep our company profitable and operation smoothly when our business is expanding.

Education: Completion of a one
- or two-year college or other program for business administrative assistants or secretaries or previous clerical experience;
Language: English

**Salary**:$25.00 per hour, Work 40 hours per week, 52 weeks a year

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Job duties:

- Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material from machine dictation and handwritten copy
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Determine and establish office procedures
- Greet clients and direct clients to employer or appropriate person
- Arrange travel schedules and make reservations for employer
- May compile data, statistics and other information to support research activities
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Prepare and monitor invoices

Experience Requirements:

- Proficient in MS Office
