Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Key Accounts Manager will play a critical role in driving our emerging non-alcoholic beverage business and supporting our alcohol portfolio by procuring long term relationships with chain accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for planning, establishing and implementing local and national sales strategies that support Collective Arts business objectives.
**Responsibilities as a Key Accounts Manager includes**:
- Procuring and managing national key accounts under the direction of the Head of Sales
- Assist in the development of non-alcoholic customer strategies such as additions to the portfolio, promo pricing at key accounts, and key account promotional plans.
- Drive sales growth by developing and implementing strategic key account planning and identifying new business opportunities
- Lead contract negotiations with key accounts with the support of the Finance team
- Work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure products are delivered in a timely manner
- Working with the Brand Creative team to ensure Collective Arts experiences and marketing plans are felt within our key account partners
- Lead business planning and trade marketing for large key accounts
- 3+ years of experience in the Canadian CPG environment, ideally as a Key Account Manager
- Existing relationships with buyers, ideally in the beverage category
- Expertise managing CPG listings, pricing and promotional calendars.
- Ability to think creatively and use resources to effectively solve problems
- Ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
- Experience working with CPG customers in USA is nice to have.
- Valid G driver’s license with access to own vehicle
