**Position Purpose**:
The **Key Market Manager** provides functional parts business expertise to the district dealer teams primarily in **Ontario.** They are also responsible for creating, developing, and managing relationships between Navistar and retention/conquest customers, including local, regional, and national accounts.
**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Ensures dealers understand all systems, policies, and procedures related to parts.
- Works with dealers to understand parts product requirements to match local market needs.
- Facilitates product and sales training for dealer counter staff, inside sales, and outside sales.
- Communicates local product requirements to Navistar’s Product Management Team.
- Develops retail sales strategies with dealers to increase customer reach.
- Ensures Navistar program merchandising is represented in dealership showrooms to drive retails sales, and product awareness.
- Works with OEM Suppliers & Regional Parts Sales Manager to develop local growth initiatives.
- Develop the dealer network for the assigned territory relating to promotions, trade fairs, open houses, and other marketing events.
- Increase customer awareness of Navistar products and understand customer needs.
- Coordinates regular meetings with dealer parts management to understand opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiencies.
- Has a thorough understanding of local market trends, and OEM / WD competition.
- Works with dealers to stock appropriate levels of parts to support customer needs including proprietary, and All Makes parts.
- Ensure dealers are engaged in and selling Navistar’s Fleetrite private brand products.
- Support various regional and national account customers agreements.
**Basic Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of sales experience
- OR
- Master’s degree
- At least 3 years of sales experience
**Additional Requirements**:
- 60% travel or as required
- Ability to travel 4-5 days per week
- Experience in OEM or aftermarket parts, marketing, sales, or management
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $115,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
