We are looking for a hands-on Proposal/Production Lead to guide ISL’s Proposal/Production team which serves all offices and all lines of business at ISL. ISL’s Production Team supports internal clients by creating expert responses to RFPs, RFAs, RFSAs, RFSOs, and other client facing documents.
Using effective collaboration across teams that include internal staff, other business lines and or outside partners/suppliers, the Proposal/Production Lead establishes information channels and creates compliant, on-brand, competitive, and compelling proposals, reports, and other documentation.

**A Little About You**:Your resume should show us**:

- Minimum of 5 years proposal development experience working in a fast-paced environment developing multiple strategic bids, large and/or complex documents.
- Evidence of when you have enhanced a workflow, process improvement or put the polish on a finished product
- Informal or formal leadership of a professional team or group in effort to meet deliverables in a timely manner
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) with a proven ability to understand the creation and use of templates.

**Bonus points for**:

- Experience in consulting environment/engineering is an asset.

**A Little More About who we are looking for**:
The Proposal/Production Lead prioritizes incoming requests and allocates team resources and skills set to effectively deliver proposals and reports.
Delivery
Supporting a variety of internal client types, you understand the unique needs of each individual Project Manager and can adapt your communication style as required. A deep understanding of the business and client helps you translate ‘engineer-speak’ into winning proposals. You ensure RFP/RFQ compliance, drafting standard proposal sections, facilitating proposal reviews, and controlling quality check on the final document.
Collaboration
Managing the proposal schedule and deliverables including working with internal and external teams to develop all pieces of the proposal and any other pursuit requirements. You have a curious mind and are always listening for ways to support Project Managers in the proposal process.
Team Workflow Management
Day to day team management including workflows, growth, and skillsets. As the strategic contact for business development, you identify level of service required and develop a proposal framework with the proposal team for all customizable content.
