Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee daily operations of the department or organization
- Greet people coming into offices and other establishments, direct them to the appropriate contacts or services, provide general information in person and by phone, and may perform clerical duties and maintain front desk security and security access lists
- Schedule appointments, using manual or computerized systems
- Record bookings, handle credit card checks, receive payment, issue receipts.

Qualifications:

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping, filing, and data entry
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong math skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
